Theodore’s debut album “7”, was recorded in 2011, produced and mixed by English producer Clive Martin and Greek artist Vassilikos. Until the completion of the album, several studios hosted the recordings, from Paraktio studio in Athens, with the assistance of engineer and producer G.Simatos, to the Assault and Battery studio in London as well as Theodore;s flat.

The British alternative rock music scene as well as many post rock and ambient bands have influenced greatly the album’s musical aesthetic, which combines the classical and the romantic, and the minimal piano with various electroacoustic elements and theatrical-oriented melodies.

His lyrics were inspired from a range of feelings deriving from childhood sweethearts to deep philosophical quests. Darkness and light are wonderfully alternating in each song as an outcome of Theodore’s experiences in moody London and colourful, alive Athens.

Feelings are contrasting remarkably when ethereal melodies lead to strong sound explosions, when lyrical classical instruments, string quartets and brass sections meet sharp and chaotic sounds of the drums, the guitars and Theodore’s deep vocals. This musical experiment based on the power of oppositions is actually creating a rather peculiar, yet very engaging artistic
